What happens after you send the slip, and the rules we keep.
The steps
- Request.Use the slip. An email address is enough; a phone number is optional.
- Offers.We answer within one to two business days. Each offer names the item and its maker and shows the total with shipping, tax and any personalization fee.
- Decision.Accept, ask for changes or walk away. Nothing is charged until you accept in writing.
- Making and shipping.Made-to-order pieces need production time, which the offer states, along with the delivery date.
Our ground rules
- Named makers. Every offer says who made the item.
- Full price first. The total you pay is in writing before you pay it.
- Real dates. If we cannot meet your date, we say so instead of promising.
- No pressure. A request creates no obligation.
What this website does not do
This website does not take payments or orders and shows no prices. Items, makers and prices appear only in the written offers we send you.
